SHIPPING POLICY
Clothing is Shipped with High-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes
Shoes are Shipped in a cardboard box with a plastic bag for extra protection of the product
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if customer ordered the wrong size or color, VANIME will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
VANIME is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Vanime offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the Contact form you will be asked to provide a clear photo showing the issue.
